FAMILY TIES, ID & RESIDENCE DOCUMENTS

• Wife's & Children's Turkish Passports
• Birth Certificates
• Copies of the wife and children's Turkish IDs
• Copies of the passport and BRP of Visa Owner 
• Copy of the Police Registration Certificate of Visa Owner
• Copy of the Turkish ID of Visa Owner
• Original marriage certificate
• Original Nufus Kayit Ornegi of T.K. showing the family ties of the family members
• A letter from the main applicant  explaining about his business' in the UK, briefly. Main applicant should also confirm in this letter that he is aware of his duties as a sponsor and he will maintain and accommodate all the dependents without recourse to public funds 

FINANCIAL AND ACCOMMODATION DOCUMENTS

• Visa owner's original business and personal bank statements covering the period from the beginning of the most recent financial year  to date.
•  NI Number letter

• UTR Number Letter 
• Documents relating to visa owner's business
•  A letter from accountant. It should give the TURNOVER, SALARY and DIVIDENDS figures from beginning to date in a table. 
•  Business registration forms (including Business registration for tax and PAYE and SA registration - Accountant can print these) 
• Financial accounts for the last 1 financial year + Interim Account 
• Corporation tax return for the last financial year
• Proof of tax payment
• Tax payment proof for the last year (accountant can print Corporation Tax and SA Tax payments for each trading year) 
• Current Position page printout from your HMRC page 
• Payments/credits received page from your HMRC page 
• Your pay slips from the beginning of the most recent financial year (2016/2017) to date.
• Dividends voucher for the period from the beginning of the most recent financial year (2016/2017) to date.
• Your PAYE payments from the beginning of the most recent financial year (2016/2017) to date.
• P60 documents from the beginning of your business to date 
• SA302 documents -if possible- (These can be faxed or posted by the HMRC only and it takes around 10 working days, btw this is not necessary in Ankara Agreement applications) YOK
• Your sales invoices from the beginning of the most recent financial year (2016/2017) to date.
• Your business expenses from the beginning of the most recent financial year (2016/2017) to date.
• Business insurance (Public and professional indemnity insurance)
• If you are registered for VAT, please provide VAT certificate, VAT returns and VAT payment proof 
• 2 or 3 x Reference letters from your clients
• Tenancy agreement
• A letter from estate agent confirming their consent for your wife's stay in that premise. They should also confirm the number of the rooms in the flat.
• A council tax and utility bills (recent within last 1 or 2 months)
• Proof of your current tenancy:
• - Current tenancy agreement
• - Council tax bill
• - Other utility bills
• Proof of your genuine relationship:
• - Photos of the family from social environment
• - Your flights to Turkey
• - Flight tickets of the family members
